INTERIOR DESIGN CONCEPT FOR A PENTHOUSE APARTMENT IN WOLLERAU

Developed in collaboration with the project's architect and realtor, this interior design concept was created for the penthouse apartment of a new residential development in Wollerau. The objective was to help prospective buyers visualise the home's potential through a carefully considered furnishing concept using real, commercially available high end furniture, lighting and accessories from selected suppliers.

Rather than relying on generic staging furniture, each room was designed as a complete home that could be realised almost exactly as presented. The concept included the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, the primary bedroom and the adjoining bathroom with integrated laundry.

From concept to visualisation

Every successful interior begins with a clear concept. These early renders allowed our design team to test layouts, refine proportions and evaluate furniture selections before producing the final visualisations presented to prospective buyers. Developing the design in stages ensured that every room felt balanced, functional and ready for everyday living.

MASTER BEDROOM DESIGN

We designed the master bedroom around the symmetry created by the two smaller windows, allowing the bed to become the natural focal point of the room. Soft curves in the bedside tables balance the clean architectural lines of the herringbone parquet flooring. The natural wood introduces warmth and texture. A shelter bed reinforces the sense of comfort, and the sculptural chandelier provides a striking centrepiece without overwhelming the palette.

BATHROOM AND INTEGRATED LAUNDRY

This bathroom was designed to seamlessly incorporate a concealed laundry area without compromising on aesthetics. Throughout the design process we explored various material, lighting and cabinetry options to maximise storage, functionality and visual continuity with the rest of the home.
