This new-build apartment gave us a wonderful opportunity to become involved long before construction began. Working alongside the architects, we refined the floor plan, developed the interior concept and selected the materials, lighting, finishes and custom elements that would shape the home from the ground up.

The completed project combines those early planning decisions with a full furnishing concept designed around the client's lifestyle. One of the most significant was replacing a second bathroom with a private sauna integrated into the master suite, and creating a sewing atelier instead of a dedicated guest bedroom or home office.

The original floor plan for this home included a second bathroom. But because the property already offered another well-appointed bathroom, we chose a different path: transforming the space into a private sauna integrated into the master suite.

A project guided by a simple idea: that thoughtful interiors can actively elevate our quality of life.
